I love to eat cereal as many times a day as I want it. I really enjoy Cereal. I haven't been able to have any for months because the milk would hurt my stomach really bad. Cramps, severe bloating, gas, even nausea. The nausea was worse than the other three. I tried Lactaid Fat Free 2% milk two days ago with a bowl of cereal. I was a little afraid that the milk wouldn't do what it advertises like some products, so I was waiting to see if my stomach would hurt. It never did! No cramps, bloating, gas, or nausea. I thank God I found Lactaid Milk.
