Eggnog French Toast

Ingredients
2 cups LACTAID® Lactose-Free Eggnog
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil, for frying
12 slices firm white bread
Directions
Combine LACTAID® Lactose-Free Eggnog, cinnamon and eggs in a shallow dish. Beat with a whisk.
Dip a slice of the bread into the eggnog mixture, turning to coat both sides. Repeat with each slice of bread.
Fry the bread in the vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown on each side. Repeat.
