Ingredients


2 tablespoons of hibiscus flower

⅓ cup hot water

1 cup LACTAID® Lactose-Free 2% Reduced Fat Protein Milk


4 Medjool dates

3 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon almond flour

Directions


  1. Steep the hibiscus flowers in the hot water.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix on high speed for a couple minutes.

  3. Garnish with sliced almonds, hibiscus flowers, and fresh fruit, and serve as a thick pudding right away.
