Lactose-Free Fresh Mango Frappe

Try this refreshing mango frappe recipe for a healthy and delicious snack! It’s similar to a traditional mango smoothie or milkshake, but it’s made with lactose-free milk and an ice base, so that it’s lighter and fluffier!

Ingredients


2 cup chopped ripe mango

1 cup LACTAID® Fat-Free Lactose-Free Milk

1 tablespoon sugar


1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

5 ice cubes

Directions


  1. Chop mango and freeze for 30 minutes.

  2. Combine LACTAID® Fat-Free Lactose-Free Milk, sugar, lime juice, vanilla and mango in either a blender or food processor and process until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Add ice cubes and process again until smooth.
