Hibiscus Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of hibiscus flower
⅓ cup hot water
4 Medjool dates
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon almond flour
Directions
Steep the hibiscus flowers in the hot water.
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix on high speed for a couple minutes.
Garnish with sliced almonds, hibiscus flowers, and fresh fruit, and serve as a thick pudding right away.
